Derbyshire Disabled CC

Welcome to Derbyshire Disabled CC!

Our Club was Established in 2005 by Philip Lucas and Paul Roe

Derbyshire Disabled Cricket Club is affiliated to Derbyshire Cricket Board.

We share a ground with Darley Abbey CC, who kindly allow us to use their ground for matches and Summer Training.

The objective of our club is to promote the health and social well being of persons who are disabled in Derbyshire and its surrounding area by bringing such persons into contact with the sport of cricket.

Our club trains at Darley Abbey Cricket Club on Tuesday evenings starting at 6.00 pm.

At Derbyshire Disabled Cricket Club we believe that taking part in our sport should be a positive and enjoyable part of our lives.  With this in mind we want to make sure that anybody playing or training with our club do so in a safe environment.

As a club we will always promote fair play and always play within the spirit and laws of the game.

We also have our own Constitution, Equal Opportunities Policy & Child Protection and Vulnerable Adult Policy.
